When I wipe when I pee, there's like blood, a clear discharge, and sometimes it's a bit darker

HI GUYS, I'm 20 years old, I'm not expecting to have a baby, but it doesn't bother me or my partner (24) My last period ended on the 25th/26th of June. I haven't had anything happen since then since i was meant to get my period on 17th/18th July (my period calendar said) (at the time I really thought I was pregnant). I took HPT on 21st July night at about 6pm (negative) and also in the morning on 22nd July about 8am (negatve), still have no sign. I called my doctor on the 23rd ( saturday) and told him everything, he said well you should've had it by now. I got sent to get a blood test which I went and got straight away. Its a Saturday, won't get the test till Monday, but just wanting to ask a question as I think I have implantation bleeding. Now, my normal period is straight away there and normal, today, i had light pink blood, when i only wiped, so i put a pad on just in case (about 3pm). I changed it at 10pm tonight as i felt dirty, there was not much blood there at all, unlike my normal period. When wipe when I pee, there's like blood, a lil clear discharge mixed with it, and sometimes its a bit darker. When i look at my pad it's almost all brown and a little red. Also I might add - my breast are a little sore. - I've never had a pregnancy before. Please give me any answers or tips you guys might have. I don't have a mum or dad to help me out so, this is the only way I can get aa bit of information (: Thank you xoxo
