Hi, I am 35 years old man did excess masturbate in a time when I was having of about 25 to 30 years of age. before that I suffered from mumps also. I observed that my Right testicle became very smaller in size than the left one and there is problem in complete erection of my penis too. Now I am thinking of getting married. So, my question is Whether this problem will affect my married life, or in reproduction? If yes, what may be the remedy for that? Is physical exercise or pranayama may solve this problem or doctor consultation is required. Please suggest in detail. I am worried a lot. Thank you.

I also had the mumps "fall down" on me at age 13, swelling only one testicle to an enormous size. The doctor took one look and prescribed ice packs several times a day. The swelling quickly subsided, but I was left with a small, tender right testicle which never got any larger. The left one developed normally, though, and I didn't think I was sterile, as I was sure I still produced semen. Sure enough, long story short, I grew up, married, and became the father of three children. The affected testicle has remained small and tender, but that hasn't affected my ability to have children. PS I was an avid masturbator when this happened, and if I find myself alone, I still am.
