Your last period should have started about March 8. You'd likely ovulate between March 19 and 24. Conception is not immediate, it takes several days. So, you actually conceived around the 22nd - 27/28th.
Dates are based on your LMP and NOT when you conceived. Why? Because most women know exactly when their last period was.
