I am not eating enough grains. I am going to the gym and I have been present while some guys have talking about everything that they eat daily. I have been surprised how much space in their daily meals goes to grains. Why is that? Tell me which grains to eat?

Grains are great and healthy food. They provide you with a lot of minerals, vitamins, it has great influence on your bowel function etc. You can use whole grain products or refined products. I would suggest whole grain products like whole wheat bread or brown rice. The whole wheat pasta is also extremely good.
