While having sex, should both of us get the Ejaculation at the same time??? to get a baby formed?

Hi I am preetha,

i got married and waiting to get conceived. Please note while having sex it takes very long time for me to get sexually Satisfied and sometimes i am not getting it at all :-( , but my husband gets it very soon. Will this effect the baby birth??? :$ . Should both of us get the satisfaction at teeh same time for babay formation? ?
