white discharge- continously from 10 years

As long as it isn't itchy or smelly, it is probably normal cervical discharge.

It could be normal. I've had discharge so thick and white before that it looked like semen. Discharges can change throughout the month. I had already been tested for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea and the results came back negative. If it starts to smell, and you get itchy, you might want to go get tested.
