wow @ kat39 i just read your post--we sound like twins--i too have this horrible discharge--also my sex drive is next to nill--had a total hysterectomy back in 2004--with one ovary left in place--i thought maybe i was the only one with this horrible problem--glad i found this site--i am going to see my gyno in about 2 weeks i am going to see what he has to say--and i will post any findings!

I am 52 and I too have noticed a discharge and odor just recently...I had a full hysterectomy in 1994 and nothing till now,,,So I guess it has something to do with age and menopause......

heymon I also started full blown menopause at 39 and I'm 42 now. I just started having the glue like white discharge this year and also am worried hence me getting online to see if anyone else has answers. I'm on bioidentical hormones and wonder if that may be the cause. My hot flashes are horrendous when my bioidentical hormones aren't working so hoping to find the perfect combination so my symptoms will be gone for good or at least longer than a few months. Sorry to hear your starting as early as I did. Totally wasn't expecting it this early. When we were trying to have kids they said I would menopause early but I thought like my mom at 45 but unfortunately not. Good luck and hope you don't have horrible symptoms.

Sasssy, did you figure it out? I have the EXACT same experience - menopausal for 1.5 yrs, yellow/greenish, cement like discharge. Have to wash panties at least twice in hot water to remove. Went to my gynecologist and she examined a sample under the microscope and said it was due to a drop in estrogen - cells sloughing. She suggested using an OTC product called Replens. I am concerned about putting chemicals up there but I'd do just about anything to get rid of this.

I'm 51 and this started happening about 6 months ago. Just like everyone else I thought, "Am I dying? Am I sick? Is this a yeast infection?" I stopped having a period about 3 years ago and I thought I made out like a bandit because I have had no symptoms of menopause except for the 20 pound weight gain which is coming off at an excruciatingly slow rate. The problem is that I am in a Krav Maga class where we are often called upon to mount on our partner for a choke hold. I'm paranoid as hell because the panty liners don't always do the trick. I can't believe I'm going to have to start using tampons again. What I am relieved about is that, based on what all of you have been posting, it does not appear I'm dying. I think I'm gonna petition to come back as a man in my next life...this female thing never lets up!!

I've had a partial hysterectomy at 32 I still have my ovaries. I've had white thick discharge that you can see on my breasts And I squeeze it out. Then it comes back a week later. Not sure if its premenopausal or not I'm now almost37

Hi sassy! It's been awhile since u posted about this..i have the same problem..(creamy white discharge &&an odor that's very strong & hard to wash out of my panties). I think it's due to hormones, my obgyn says everything looks normal..im.glad to hear im not alone..hang n there!!

Hi im 38 and I had an hysterectomy 11 years ago, the creamy white stuff really makes me unhappy. What I do is just wash it out with a douch and then warm water with the douch bottle. I do this weely because it bothers just that bad. I hope I help someone and glad Im not in this battle alone. Goodluck
