I have about 3 small separate white paches of skin towards the tip of my penis, it also has bumps on it and is sometimes red.  I also have a small red lump right at the end of the foreskin (at the very tip).  It stated out red and is now more of a whitey colour. No sex for AGES (unfortunately.) 

No pain or itching on any parts though.

I'm not a fan of whipping out the little guy in front of a doctor but if there ismore that decent chance it is something I need help for I would.
