white small bump on my gums-do I need to worry?

I wouldn't be to concerned, i get little bumps at times on my gums as well. I would say it was a canker sore but you didn't mention if it hurt you or not. Canker sores are painful and they sting, a lot.
For now just swish your mouth with some warm salt water and spit it out. Don't worry.
