I have recently discovered that I have tiny white spot on both side of my inner labia.It is neither painful nor itchy.May I know what could be the reason of those white spot and what could be the possible treatment?Thanks in advance.

If it's not painful or itchy I suggest that you leave it as is - those are most likely just small glands that secrete the lubricative fluid that protects the sensitive tissue of that area from infections and irritations. So, there is no need for any treatment or anything and you definitely should not try to pick them because it will just create small wounds, nothing else. If you get the chance, you can always ask your gynecologist about that.
