I just started taking birth control pills about a month ago. I was also diagnosed with Bacteria Vaginosis and was told to use a cream for five days. After my first period (ended about a week ago) on the pill Ive noticed brown chunky like discharge. So for the past three days Ive decided to use the cream that was left but it still continues to happen. Please help I dont know what to do.

brown discharge is old blood... this may just mean your body didnt get rid of it all when you was on your period..
give it a few more days but if it carrys on please consult a doctor..!
