For the past 2 weeks I have been absoulutely exhausted. I typically get up to run without the help of an alarm at 4:30, and now I'm lucky to wake up with an alarm by 6:30 (and no run) My legs feel good, and I haven't really increased my mileage much...any ideas why I could sleep 18 hours a day. My runs are fine, even when I have to do them in the evening. They seem easy. It's the rest of the day I have no energy.
I should add, I'm 11 wks into marathon training. Maybe this is just normal?
Thanks!!!

Are you getting to sleep at the same time that you usually do?
I am having a tougher time getting up as well, but my problem is that the weather has finally cooled off and I sleep much better when it is cool.

Depending on where you are, it may be the sun. I'm one of those that if it is not light, I have trouble getting up. With the sun now now coming up until 6 or 6:30, I have been finding it difficult to get up at 4 (yes, that's 4AM).
I'm feeling more tired as well right now; however, I"m contributing that to my irregular sleeping habits this last week.

I hadn't thought about the cooler weather making me want to sleep in more. Maybe I'll adjust after that.
You guys act like 4:30 is early! :D
Thanks!!
