Does he not get that he's a father yet? Why does he not eat breakfast with us in the mornings, or take us out to eat without us asking? Why does he act like we are not his family? I am 17 now, he should understand by now. We used to be so close. Did I do something wrong? Did me getting a boyfriend anger him to the point where he just did not care about our family. I try, I try so hard to talk to him, to make conversation, to make jokes but i guess i'm not good enough any more. He helps everyone else when they need something, yet he has to be forced to go somewhere with us. I hate him for neglecting us, but I love him for those long lost memories. Daddy I want you back...
