I have no clue what is going on. Today is September 24th. I lost my virginity on the 17th, and had sex once more on the 23rd. I'm not sure if this plays part in why it hurts after I urinate.
The first time I started having discomfort was the 22nd, I woke up from dead sleep at 5:00am having to use the bathroom pretty bad. When I was done urinating I had this terrible pain that lasted until I feel asleep. Since that time it has been hurting each and every time after I urinate.
Sometimes while I’m sitting on the toilet, after I urinate, I drip white cloudy droplets. There hasn’t appear to be any blood in the water, but when I wipe there is some blood, not a lot. I have pulled my panties down and found a random drop of blood too. My urine doesn’t have a horrible smell. Could someone enlighten me on what is happening?
What is going on? This has never happened to me before. What can I do? Will drinking water help?

Yes, drinking water may help but you probably need to take antibiotics as well. It is not uncommon that women who have just lost their virginity develop bacterial infection called honeymoon cystitis. It is inflammation of the urethra and the causative agent is most commonly E. Coli. The symptoms appear right away, one or two days after getting the bacteria.
All the symptoms you mentioned are the most common symptoms. It is nothing to worry about. You should just pay a visit to a doc and s/he will perform urinalysis to make sure it is bacterial infection.

If it turns out positive for E. Coli you will get antibiotics and some kind of an analgesic to reduce the pain and the discomfort until the infection clears out.

I have this same exact problem. I had also just lost my virginity.

I went to the doctor, they tested my urine, and said that the only issue with it was that it was saturated because I've never drank enough water. Therefor, they don't think I have any type of infection in that area.
I gave them another urine sample, this time unclean, to test for a couple STD's just in case, and they sent it to a lab... I haven't gotten results back yet.

I really don't think this could be caused by STD's or my lack of water consumption, as we used safe sex and if it was from water it would have happened before. I don't know what else it could be, any answers?

Not in the hole but only on the sides of the clitoris and not an itching, an HURTING. so ive stopped for about a month now but i still get really bad pain down their after i pee or even when im just sitting down. my discharge is thick and white, if that helps.
Im really suffering from this, i have told a doctar but they didnt do an examination because im to embarrassed. so they just let it go.

it's probably a Urinary Tract Infection, or a Yeast Infection, or both. (Yes, you can get both, I have.)  You don't have to be a virgin, or have lost your virginity to have either or both of these.

If you drink too much caffeine and/or alcohol, don't drink enough water, and don't take zinc or cranberry extract, you are more likely to get this.

I know because this happens to me all the time because I know what to do, but I don't *do* it.

If you don't have blood yet, you can stop it with lots of water, cranberry juice and cranberries, + extract if you can find it.  But NO CAFFEINE or ALCOHOL!  Also, avoid sugar!  If you can't do this for at least 24 hours, you might as well go to a doctor cause it won't get better on its own any other way.
