I read that after a marathon your appetite will increase for a week or so and then decline. It's been a week now and I'm still hungry all the time. I just can't stop! It seems like it's more so than when I was training. Anyone else? ...I guess I gotta schedule another race soon...

Yeah...I am still eating pretty much the same amount as I did while in the midst of marathon training...which is alot...

It's worse with tri training. 2 months since my last race, I'm in off-season-rarely-workout mode and I'm still pounding food down my gullet. I've put on about 15 pounds in that time frame. :|

It's been just over a month for me and I've been eating non-stop. I've just scheduled a 12 weighlifting plan followed by a 12 Half Marathon plan. If I don't, I'll gain 100 lbs over this winter....

I have run into that problem when training for my marathons and ultra's. The only thing that helped me was to make a conscious effort to cut my portions and to actually increase my water intake. This would keep my stomach full so I wouldn't be hungry.
