Hello, good people. I have arrhythmia for very long time. My doctor suggests me to do radio frequency ablation. This sounds like a huge procedure. However, if it helped, I would agree. Will this procedure cure arrhythmia for sure? What are your experiences? I would gladly hear out your opinions. Thanks.

Hello, there. It depends what kind of arrhythmia you have. Some people restore normal heartbeat. Others need mechanical pacemaker. But this is mostly safe procedure. Less than 5% have certain complications. Fortunately, this is rare. You should discuss details with your cardiologist. I am sure he will provide you all the necessary info. Good luck with the procedure!
