I'm Chi, 19 yrs old. Me and my boyfriend had sex these past few weeks. I should have my period last May 2. It's May 7 now and I still don't have period. But before May 2, we've been to boxing with heavy workout for approximately 4 hours for 2 days (April 29 and May 2) does it effect my period? I'm so depressed right now. I don't know what to do. Today is my 31st day of mentrual cycle. My usual cycle is more less 26 days. What should I do? :( I'm also scared because we've been having sex lately and I don't know if that's one of the reasons of my delayed period aside from work out.
