Sounds like a sensitivity issue. The more you get used to the hands of someone else the less sensitive you'll get. Just try to relax and take it easy dont get too excited.
You can sort of train yourself to hold back as well. When you masterbate don't let yourself cum right away. When you are close to reaching the peak, stop, take a breather, and then do it again. It'll help train you to keep your pacing which will definety help with sex.
