hi louise,

i personally think the risks of getting cancer from a brush a EXTREAMLY rare. the reasoning makes some sense but the fact that any parts of the brush would rub off inside you is a bit crazy. first i wouldn inspect the "tools" you were using to see if any paint or plastic is missing. even if there is it was probably a result of getting dropped or hit in things. while the vagina is acidic its not acidic enough to eat away metal or plastic. i would say your chances of getting an infection from bacteria on the brush or what ever you use is much higher than developing cancer because of carcinogenic material found in the brush.

hope this helps 8)
