Okay, So have had pain in my left wrist for the last 3 years or so after taking surgery to my left ear. When they put me to sleep, then put a needle into my wrist and told me it was going to ache for a few weeks (I did ask for it in my upper arm, but they couldn't get a good spot). Since then, due to my laziness I never really thought much of it. Being a programmer and not physically active, it never impacted me much.
About 1 month ago I finally went to a doctor who couldn't see why I had the pain, but referred me to a physiotherapist for September the 4th (A few weeks from now). About three days ago, it was really impacting my life when I went to try push ups, to which I noticed when I lean my hands forward, the left hand (where the pain is) has a large lump that feels as hard as bone poking up, which does not occur on my right hand.
Is this a Cyst? I haven't got medial advice yet, but judging from similar comments, I'm guessing its that? If so, what is the best course of action from here?
