Hi, I also had these smallish transparent rice-like lumps in my semen, which can be noted after ejaculation. I was also worried, since I believed there was something wrong with me. As my doctor explained it could be corpora amylacea, but I couldn’t find any more information about that on internet. But, I was said that since I haven’t got any other symptoms it’s most probably that there is nothing wrong with me. I have too children, and don’t plan anymore. Yellowy colour of semen is not indicating any disease either, so I believe that you have nothing to worry about.
