hello im 15 and wondering when i should do yoga and weightlifting. I usauly do an hour of weights followed by a mile run and yoga and the following day i do the same except i replace weightlifting with a few easy excercises on my pecks and biceps. i just do a pushup halfway and a pullup and hold each for 2 minutes. Im wondering should i just do cardio on recovery days or skip the pushup and pullup stuff or what? And my goals are simply increased strength and endurance not really looking for any specific type of body type or being able to push more weight although that is the easiest way for me to tell that im still improving.
