hello, i've been going to golds gym for 4 years now and i feel and look so much better than i did.
i am a former drug addict/alcoholic and cig smoker, i quit all 3 after i was in the hospital close to death.

all im saying is , that if i can do it , anyone can.
by the way, i alternate lifting weights with swimming every other day.
i do chest/shoulders/triceps/abs ,then swim next day, then i do biceps/forearms/legs/back, then swim the next day, and so on.

arcane422, you are a true inspiration! Thanks for that - and the advice. Swimming is for muscle relaxation or is it a part of cardio workout?
