I am not sure what could it be but I need to hear what is the possible cause of mine 10-13 DPO symptoms for it really has started to affect my life seriously especially regarding my 10-13 DPO abdominal pain? Have you ever heard of PMS symptoms for I am so positive that this 10-13 DPO abdominal pain is actually PMS for the symptoms you have described? You know it is not unusual that women feel this way before their period and in fact 10-13 DPO means that you are close to your period to start again and this is the time when the PMS is at its highest. I had the same problem with PMS (in this case it is equal to 10-13 DPO) and I was told by my doc that I am actually in lack of calcium and vitamin D and I pretty much have solved my problem by taking high doses of them through food-regular meals rich with the minerals and vitamins - but also it could be solved by taking calcium and vitamin D supplements.
