I have been suffering from abdominal spasms for quite a long time now. I have got therapy, but I would like to be informed if there are any alternative ways how to alleviate the troubles caused by the disease.

The essential thing to do is to visit your doctor. You have visited your doctor, you are positive about your diagnosis, abdominal spasms, you have got medical treatment.
Alternative treatment of abdominal spasms is based on herbs. Tea made of mixture of Salvia officinalis /Folia Salviae/ and Dictamnus albus l./Radix Dictamni Albi/, taken together with a teaspoon of honey, three times a day will do a patient good. Of course it is necessary to consult your doctor or pharmacist about possible side effects of the medications.
