Well, I seriously hope this is a joke, because if you only weigh 50 and youre 12, you have a good chance you won't go through puberty normally. aka no boobs, no period, and no height growth until much, much later then everyone else you know.
you're not fat, just enjoy what you are, I have a 12 yr old sister who's 90 pounds, which is completely normal for 12 yrs old, and is far, super far from being fat. Get real, you're too skinny

There are many people which are suffered bu the over weight and loosing weight is the very difficult job. You need to follow the ruels and youneed to control your diet.



1. Start exercise regularly and also do the yoga.

2. avid junk food like Pizza and burger.

3. Avoid oily food and try use salad itno the food and take some medicine after discussing with the consultant
