Well I just can't seem to find foods to fit my needs. I would like to burn fat, build a faster metabolism, and build a little more muscle. I read how people need to exercise more and blah blah blah. Well I do all of that. I am an athlete, I play sports year round running non-stop. Not straight up running But playing the game. Anyway, my home dieting environment isn't the greatest. I can't seem to keep my weight down. I am anywhere from 157-162 llbs. I'm about 5 ft 3in. I really want to burn the fat in my stomach and my arms and legs. It really isn't much but it has its strains. Having more muscle and strength will improve my athletic performances and I will look better.
Advice on wht to eat and such is greatly appreciated! Please!
