Heya i'm 13 yrs old and I weigh about 168 lbs...I'm 5 " 3 and i am very overweight. I generallty snack too much in between meals and I have large portions of food..... i've tried loads of diets but none of them seem to work!! I miss breakfast and then have it when i get home it's normally a bowl of cerial... I get bullied quite badly about my weight and I'd really like to loose weight for when I start my new school in september. Please help. Thanks

Hya Im Carla Im 13.. I Used To Be Obese Too And i Started Dieting At 12.. And I Have Breakfast Because Its Not Good To Skip Meals It Makes You Fatter Skipping Meals Becuse Ur Metabalism Slows Down And Watever You Eat Will Turn Streight Into Fat..Just Sayin Cuase U Want Too Loose Weight And That..
