Hey. I'm Keana , I'm13 and I weigh 209 pounds. I've been trying to loose weight and Its doing sh*t. I'm 5'8 ,it doesn't show a lot , but I can feel the pounds pack on. I hope someone went through a similar situation as me , and can give me good tips!

i think you should try eating leaner such as vegetables and tofu you can cook it many ways and the routine i use for weight loss is doing a weight loss tea (makes you poop out all you eat) working out you do 20 mins of running then yo do weights or push ups or crutches you do those for 30 mins then do 20 mins of running again.
and before bed have some fiber
they sell it in chewables that are totally yummy!

You don't have to eat healthy foods to lose weight just cut your portions in half say your eating McDonalds only eat half of your order or say your eating cake eat half a small peice and drink water cut pop out completely limit our self to one or two pops a month it's hat but it really works I don't work out or eat healthy and I have lost 15 pounds this way

The best way to tackle weight loss initially is to reduce your meal size each day. If you have a huge plate of food reduce it slightly, and do this untill u get to a decent portion size. Do this with treats too, reduce them gradually so u still have the pleasure just not as much and of done gradually it will be unnoticeable. Good look xxx
