absolutly not!!!! you are actually nicely advanced in your stage of puberty for your age... my guess is your penis has grown some and you just dont realize it because you see it every day.... it will probably continue to still grow some more as well
so dont worry about anything alright :-)

Mateee relax you are nicely into puberty, I'm 15 and I'm only really at your stage now! Well I have a good ammount of pubic and armpit hair with hair on my legs and I now shave so you are well and trully into puberty and quiet nicely seeing as your only 14 :-) give yourself time to grow, I agree with the biomajor! Your looking at your penis everyday mate and so your not gunna see a huge difference over night! The average male arrect is about 6-6.5 so measure yourself but bare in mind you haven't finished growing down there yet :-)

Also look at yourself in the mirror, this may hell because you are always looking down on your man which often gives it the appearence that it looks smaller than it really is :-)
