Idk if my testicles have dropped yet because sometimes they are sorta big and sometimes they are shriveled up and wrinkled.i don't think they have. I have some ball hair that's black. I also have a few pubic hairs that are black around the base of my penis, but that's the only place. I have no armpit and my voice hasn't dropped. What do I do? Will my penis stay like this forever?
