Hey I'm 14,5'1 and weigh 130 I wanna lose weight but my doctor says its a ok weight since most of the fat is in my chest...;/ but I'm not comfortable with my body and would like to know what can I do to lose weight like what kind of exercise's



Your Body Mass Index is 24.6, so you are not overweight. Normal weight ranges from 8.5–24.9, so you are on the border of beeing overweight. I don't think you need to lose much weight, you just need to do cardio exercises and get in shape a little. Burn some of your fat but keep the muscles.

Other thing you can do is measure your body fat percentage. You can ask your doctor about that, they should have a special scale designed for this, and this tells how much of your weight is muscle and how much fat.
