i once got hit them very hard.
from then it started beoming swallowed like under both my nipples.

i hope as you all r saying it must go after sometime.
it is also verypainful when touched.

The person who posted this and anyone whos got the same thing theres no need to worry im 14 and i was worrying cause i thought it was breast cancer and everytime i touched it it hurt but mine was on my left nipple so i told my parents and they took me to a doctor and hes said over 90% of boys get this during puberty its something to do with hormones running throughout your body. The lump can appear on any nipple he also said that if you notice a rapid growth in the next 2 months go see a doctor because it can then be form of gynecomastia which is basically man boobs :L.

im 14 and about 1 or 2 months ago i noticed my left nipple had a lump and then it got bigger but now it feels smaller but it went straight to my right one and now its big too can someone please tell me what it is.........yes i read the post on this topic but nobody said it spread to there other one and im not fat in fact very skinny and im short and my voice hasnt even changed

Unfortunately, as we can't see or feel it for ourselves, theres no way anybody on here could give you a definitive diagnosis. The best thing to do with all these kind of problems is to get it checked out by a doctor.

I have had the sane thing for a couple months now I am 15 and they hurt whenever they are touched so I got really scared about them and so I went searching online and I found this I am glad saved me an embarrassing visit to the doctor for her to tell my dad I am finally hitting puberty lmao and I think it's more common in the more athletic males!!

It's a normal thing, I had it when I was 12 or 13, I hit puberty quite early... it went away, and then came back at the age of 15... I went to the doctor and he did a scan on it... it was fatty tissue, now I'm 17 and I've had no troubles with it comming back anymore. male hormones go crazy and do all sorts of things until you are about 20 or 25, so don't worry about it.

Okay I'm a 14 year old male and I've had a lump behind my left nipple (not under) it's hard and us sore to touch from when ive had it I've needed to breath more like short breaths or deep ones I AM REALLY SCARED IN CASE IT'S CANCER! From what I've read it either gymnocosis (or something like that) or just plain hormones but it's stillin the back of my head that it's cancer I didn't want to tell anyone but if it's cancer I don't want to wait and let it develop so I told my mum and she's bucking me into the doctors for all the males around my age I'll post what happens but can someone reassure me and tell me it isn't cancer thanks alot!!!
