Lump in nipple with clear liquid when squeezed

I'm 15 and I have had a lump in both nipples for the last 2 and a half years. I too have clear liquid that comes out of both when sneezed. How big is urs? My left one is the size of a cherry and the right one is the size of a grape. Lumps in nipples are very common for people our age, however, I have never read about anyone who has had theirs last as long as mine. In fact, not even close, so i'm a bit worried. I'm 99.9% sure it's not cancer though, but I do fear that I will eventually have to have them surgically removed. Also, does urs cause u any pain? Mine don't, but i've many instances where people's hurt, and often REALLY hurt. I hope someone with at least some medical expertise may be able to answer some of our questions.

It's about the size a small pebble and at times yes it does cause pain.

well guys i got on of this too and its on my right nips and the lump is a size of pea and it leaks yellowish liquid its freaking me out the 1st it did happen to me when i was 18 years old now im 21 what does it mean?

Finally I found someone with the same problem as me. Every one ways its clear, but mine was yellowish. Now I know I'm not the only one

Yea I'm 20 and a body builder natural of course. I use other supplement and such and I've been taking a pre workout with a natural test. BoOster. They Ussualy don't work but I'll be seeing my doctor. My right one is swollen and slightly painful to the touch. If I push hard enough it has clear liquid. Sometimes both will be a little like that and I hit puberty way back in high school. I'm thinking it's testosterone surges or estrogen surge. Or its just a cyst. Either way im having my doctor look at it. But yea it's only one side atm.
