So, I got these bumps which I guess are called gynecomastia(?) first when I was 14 under both nipples. They went away for about 6 months but then came back starting with the left one and then the right one came in a month later. I've researched this a lot but there is a lot out there and not too much about my specific situation. I want to know if I can look forward to not having these soon? Am I stuck with these? Can they get removed? And will I have these annoying puffy nipples forever? I just want to know if I will ever be able to have a normal body instead of having moobs? Thanks.

Dont worry! What you have is very very likely that it is  gynecomastia. When I got this I thought it was cancer but it was not. But to be on the safe side take it for a scan at the DR.s. if it is not cancer it will go away it time. BUT if they are making you upset, or people are making fun of you. You can ask DRs To remove them, it can be done.
Hope this Helped.
