I'm a 15 year old boy. I have long since hit puberty, i have a small amount of facial hair, i have pubic and armpit hair. My voice has cracked and deepened, but i still have a question regarding my voice. It's technically as deep as any other male completed voice. but it just has a more "high" and "childish" tone to it. again, the physical note that my throat is producing is as mentioned as deep as any other male voice, but it's just got a wierd childish accent to it. I know it sounds confusing, but please help me out.
thanks
NB sorry, forgot to say. I can ejaculate.

This can be a multitude of issues. There are a couple of reasons you may not have grown facial hair yet. One reason is that you're not producing enough androgens (testosterone and to some degree DHT), which has not stimulated hair growth on your face yet. This also explains why your voice has not deepened, why your penis hasn't grown and your height. This issues are usually from not having enough testosterone. Now, what you must understand is that you may be producing enough testosterone, but because you're in puberty, the aromatase enzyme may be converting a lot of your testosterone into estrogen, which leaves you with insufficient amounts of blood testosterone, which causes all of the issues you have. If you also have excess fat, sore/puffy nipples, and painful growth plates (knees and elbows), then this is a sign of hormonal imbalances, specifically estrogen dominance, which can lead to stunted growth and lack of maturation to your body systems. This can easily be corrected by a doctor of endocrinology. The doc may write a script for antiestrogen pills, or selective estrogen receptor modulators (SERMs). You need to look at your testosterone to estrogen ratio (T:E) through a hormone panel from your doc. The other reason why--which I doubt based on your signs and symptoms--your facial hair may not be growing is because you don't have many hair follicles in your face. This is genetic and nothing can be done about it. Trust me though, shaving everyday is not fun! The more you mature the more hair follicles will come in. It may not ever be a lot, but it will be just enough to make you look good without excess scruff, shave bumps, and a rough appearance. A little goes a long way.

I can completely agree. I'm 16 and I have a good amount of leg hair, armpit hair, some chest hair, and my whole lower area is mostly developed I believe. The only thing that isn't there is considerable facial hair and the voice part. My voice sounds like a girl almost all the time, it's broken on and off, but maybe every month? And it hasn't had an actual change since I was 13.
