Whenever i errect , my penis stands in a curve way . does that mean my penis is undeveloped ? and when i try to pull back the fore skin , i see white stuff around the head and its abit hard to pull it back. any suggestions ?

For your 'curved' penis problem look up 'Peyronie's Disease' on google and let me know if thats it or not.
The white stuff around the head is most probably smegma. Each time you wash you need to make sure you pull back your foreskin and give it a good clean out ~ Make it a part of your regular personal hygeine.
I don't know how old you are, if you're under 16 your foreskin is normally still attached to your glans and it would be difficult to pull back. Even so though if you work at it it will happen sooner and if your over 16 you may have mild phimosis.
A good way to loosen your foreskin is the gently pull it back until pain stops you from going any further. Put it back and then try again to go a little bit further this time. The main thing is though don't force it anywhere as it could get stuck behind the glans. If this happens you'll have to squeeze your glans and pull the foreskin back in place before swelling makes it impossible and a trip to A&E is inevtiable (look up paraphimosis). -- Just go gentle though and you should be alright.

Anyway yeh chances are you've got a mild phimosis problem, if you have a go at the stretching techniques I described it should help.
