Your penis can grow into you early 20's. Average for an adult is 5 - 5 1/2".
Are you overweight? Abdominal fat can make it appear smaller.
It really isn't the size that matters but how you use it.

Im not overweight, im about 6 ft 3 too. Was contemplating going to see the doctor about testosterone levels and see if everything is okay? Not sure though?
