I am usually on a 26 day menstrual cycle. This Jan 9th, I had my period and I am having it again since Jan 27. I am not into pills or any form of birth control.

The menstrual flow is just like any other month, there are no pains. I'm noticing however that my menstrual period is becoming shorter. I usually have my period for 7 days until it totally stops. Now, it's only 4-5 days.

I had my first period when I was 9. I'm 38 now with 4 children. Could this be early menopause?
