I have three dots lined up there kinda small like a white pimple do i have aids or hiv or herpes?
Im expecting a child but the doctor said everything good no stds or nothing

Hey there this sounds like enlarged sebaceous glands or hair follicles it most certianly does not sound like HIV and herpes is more blister like and typically very painful. I think you should be fine but can't say for sure bucause I can't see what they look like
