I am 43 years old and I have been skipping periods. My Dr. gives me Prevera for 10 days then I bleed heavily for 2 to 6 weeks. Is this pre-menopause or maybe something else. Should I be concerned or just let nature take its course?

Ya know what, i have been thru the same thing. I say leave it alone and let nature take it's course. I haven't had a period in 6 blessed years. I started to skip one here and there, starting when i was about 44 years old, this went on for quite some time. Then one wonderful month, it just never came back. Are you having any hot flashes yet?
