Hi everyone! I'm new here but looking for advice. I had to go for infertility and after several tries we found out we are pregnant with twins. Sunday night I sat down for dinner and out of no where started to bleed. There was a lot. I went to the ER thinking for sure the worst. I was bleeding bright red and had blood clots. The ER doctor came in and said they found 2 heartbeats and both little ones were still there. I had an appointment the next day with the specialist and they did an ultra sound and I saw and heard those heartbeats. However, it is Tuesday now and my morning sickness isn't showing today. I'm bleeding slightly, but it's brown and there are still some clots. I'm scared. Has anyone else been through this? They have me on bed rest the next 72 hours as well.
