It hurts to sit, get up or even walk. Its been there for 2 days and its got a little bigger and more painful any thoughts on what it might be or how to treat it?

I have had this problem also. It is called Pilonidal Sinus, yes and i have had 4 operations on the butt area. Scar after scar, mine constantly re-opens, leaks and has a smell but then closes up within a couple days.
It sounds really nasty but the earlier you get it checked out the better. One doctor told me i had a boil so i had my first one for weeks waiting for it to go away. Had never been in so much pain. I was 18 at the time. Am now 29.
Some never get it another, some do. Just a warning as the signs are there and doctors will know when they check.
