Hi, im 19 and having some problems. Anyway I notes when I work out my abs, on higher reps my abs muscles will start to spazz out, kinda like a tugging or pulling in different duration,making it very uneasy and uncompterble and difficult to work out my abs, this never used to happen when I was a little younger...I know it's not normal for me....anyone out there know whyy this could be happening? ??
