Hi guys,Today is unique topic for me and is not easy for get gain weight.Much many clories are in a banana and according to doctor eat 6 banana at daily basis is helpful for gain weight and good for body muscles.

Yes, that is true: eating that much food which is rich in sugar should help you gain weight. But it’s not only condition. It also depends on your daily routine: how much calories per day you have and how much you exercise and lift weight. Off course, if you just supplement your food with bananas that should lead you to gaining more weight. Bananas are rich in sugar and sugar leads in gaining weight. If you are looking for more healthy food which helps you gain weight I recommend avocado.
