Hi I am 43 year old female. I am visiting aerobic classes for several months already and I suggest my friend to come with me next time. She agreed with it, but she would like to know something more about aerobic moves before she starts her training. I would like to help her but I know only few basic moves and it is changing with every next class.

Hi, I guess you have good will to help your friend. About aerobic moves there are so many of them and it is hard to even count it. There are few simple moves like basic moves where one leg goes first and the other one follows it and than you go back.
Idea of aerobic moves is to activate whole body and to speed up circulation and intake of oxygen. Working out that way we are wasting calories and burning fats.
Today there are many different sorts of aerobic all with different choreography which will amuse people who train it, but main goal stays the same.
