There are a lot of commercial on TV, radio in magazines about aerobic. It all says that it makes you healthier. But they don't explain exactly how it helps. If I want to do something I must know how it works. So does anyone know to tell me something about the benefits of aerobic?

I can explain. I am an aerobic trainer. Aerobic exercise such as swimming and running are activity involving major muscle groups. More oxygen is circulated trough the body. Your heart and respiratory rate increase. It helps you with your overall stamina and strength. Don't be so skeptic, join us. You will feel much better.
