Vamshi here,

4 days ago septoplasty and turbinectomy done to me, after 2 days of surgery nasal splints are removed from my nose.

the problem is , im nt feeling well  with the breathing through nose, as there are some blood clots and mucus in nasal passage.

however i'm using Nasal drops  3drops each time , 4 times a day.but the blood clot are not moving out.

so CAN I CLEAN MY NASAL OBSTRUCTIONS (BLOOD CLOTS AND MUCUS) WITH  Normal Saline solution, to spray on clot by syringe and remove them by a clean cloth
