all signs of pregnancy but came on my period today??

i have a bit of a tricky question. i have very regular periods at 28days every month. this month i didn't come on my period and got a bit excited thinking i may be pregnant even though it was only last monday that i had unprotected sex. i have very sore breasts and am getting moody with people even though i never have gotten PMS before, and i have also been getting cramps 'down there' and i don't get period pains either. this morning was day 35 since my last period and i spotted a little bit of blood. have i come on my period and am not pregnant?? or can i have had a late period but still can i have gotten pregnant from last monday but still be on my period?? please advise. thank you x
