This guy was a PAC at Providence General Everett Medical Center. He work in the spine center with Dr Stonecipher. If your wife has come into contact with him she probably was harrased sexually. My wife was an employee at the same medical center in a different department and basically quit her job because of all the advices this jerk Alphonzo has done.
